PhotoMeBooth is a division of Spotlight Creative SF LLC, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This notice explains information handled through this website and our event inquiry forms. For questions or privacy requests, email hello@photomebooth.com or call (844) 388-0000.
Information you choose to share
When you request a proposal, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, company, event type, dates, venue or location, service interests, and additional notes. The corporate form also offers optional budget and referral questions. Please do not include payment card details, passwords, identity documents, or sensitive personal information in these forms.
How we use inquiry information
We use your inquiry to respond, recommend suitable experiences, prepare a proposal, and coordinate requested event services. We also use relevant records to support customer service, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Sending an inquiry is a request to hear from our team about your event; it is not a completed booking.

Framer hosts this website and processes its form submissions. Inquiries are delivered to our business inboxes. Hosting, email, gallery, and event production tools may process information needed to provide the services you request. We have not added Google Analytics or advertising pixels to this version of the website.
Photo galleries, AI experiences, and other websites
View Your Photos opens our separate Pixieset gallery. Social links open the relevant platforms. Those services have their own privacy settings and policies. Event photography, guest delivery, and AI processing depend on the experience booked and the event's arrangements. Ask us for the applicable guest notice and processing details before your activation. This website inquiry notice does not replace event-specific information or permissions.
Keeping and protecting information
We retain inquiry and customer records as needed to respond, plan and provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal requirements. Access should be limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
